Tofu is not served on a regular basis in this house.  The Chef hates it, and I have never eaten it in a way that is appetizing before.  I came across this recipe and decided it is high time I take something healthy and throw it in some oil and make it completely unhealthy, yet delicious (note the sarcasm).  In all seriousness, I ate the entire 14 ounces of it.
