2011 Holiday Cookbooks
This holiday season, my goal is to bring “different” foods to the table. The same old turkey, stuffing, and mashed potatoes just doesn’t cut it for me anymore. My focus this year, is on desserts. We made a gingerbread house yesterday. I threw it away today. 24 hours later, the pound of candy was gone, and mostly eaten by the adults. I had to force the girls into putting ANY of the candy on the house. This may be the saddest looking gingerbread house ever. But who cares? I enjoyed eating the candy.
