Courtesy of Bonappetit with a few changes 3 cups seedless red grapes, pureed 3/4 cups champagne 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup sugar free concord grape juice pinches of cinnamon, which I forgot until halfway frozen Combine ingredients in a bowl, and pour into ice cream maker.  I personally, LOVE LOVE LOVE the kitchenaid stand mixer with ice cream maker attachement. 1 package active dry yeast (1/4 ounce) 1 cup warm water 1 1/2 tsp Ener-G 2 tbsp warm water 1/4 cup sweetener (stevia/splenda) 3 tbsp soy milk 2 tsp salt 4 1/2 cups bread flour 2 tsp minced garlic 1/4 cup Earth Balance, melted 1.
