This holiday season, my goal is to bring “different” foods to the table. The same old turkey, stuffing, and mashed potatoes just doesn’t cut it for me anymore. My focus this year, is on desserts. Fourth of July is right around the corner, and I find myself stealing my kids fudgesicles daily.  So, I decide to put my kitchen aid ice cream maker to work (stay tuned for some lemongrass tea sorbet and lavender sorbet this week)….   Easiest Fudgsicle Ice Cream Ever In package (4 oz) of chocolate pudding 4 cups almond milk ( you can use regular milk too)   Mix ingredients in a bowl. Courtesy of Bonappetit with a few changes 3 cups seedless red grapes, pureed 3/4 cups champagne 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup sugar free concord grape juice pinches of cinnamon, which I forgot until halfway frozen Combine ingredients in a bowl, and pour into ice cream maker.  I personally, LOVE LOVE LOVE the kitchenaid stand mixer with ice cream maker attachement.
