This is what happens when you attempt to make coconut macaroons using flaxseed (instead of Ener-G) as an egg replacement.
This may possibly be the worst disaster in the kitchen to date. I’ve had off-tasting things, but this bad boy seemed to melt into itself.

Ahhh man!!! So frustrating!!! I like when peeps post their disasters though… I have had a few "ship wrecks" myself as we call them in my house
So funny, there have been worse disaster in my kitchen.
Oh, WHOOPS!! Seriously, I've had many a disaster, but…the question is…can you still scoop it up and eat it? =) Maybe on some vanilla ice cream???
