Peanut Butter-Banana Bread
6 mashed very ripe bananas
1/3 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 large eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
Mix well
6.75 ounces all-purpose flour (about 1 1/2 cups)
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
2 tablespoons chopped dry-roasted peanuts
Mix and add to sugar-banana mixture.

Pour into loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for one hour, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out smooth.
For drizzle glaze- 1/3 cup confectioners sugar, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp milk. Whisk and drizzle

I love toast w/PB and bananas…this looks SO good!! Saving for next time I get a bug to bake!! Especially love the PB glaze…
